Police Sued Big Time for Dash Cam that Shows Oregon Cop Kicking Motorcyclist!
It has not been a good few years for the Police forces in the US, since they have been involved in one scandal after another and todays video is not about to change that at all.
This time we cannot even try to justify the actions of this officer, since all though he has been trying to catch up with the biker which apparently is braking the speed limit, and a few traffic laws along with it, slamming into the rear end of the bike with the police cruiser is something that was totally uncalled for.
And to see the entire video has not been filmed by a bystander or a security cam, but to actually see it on the patrol cars camera, well it looks even worse.
As soon as the biker is up, the officer has his gun out and although the biker is not making any threatening gestures towards the cop, he kicks him in the chest, and slams him on the ground.
The end result for this incident? The biker got $180 thousand awarded in damages in the regional court. Check out the video and watch the entire incident.
