At the video bellow you can take a look at this pro street Vega making passes on a drag strip. This is 1972 Chevy Vega with a 406 small block engine big tires car.
You can see a the pass on the drag strip and how this Vega is handling with the power. As the description on the video says that the guy has not set up the NOS and didn’t tune up max already.
This is first show up of this Vega after making a big changes on the engine. However, the pass was perfect for the first time.
It runs a 10.55 sec on a 1/4 mile with 126 mph, and on 1/8 mile he drive a 6.79 sec with 103 mph.
If he set up the NOS and make a tune up properly this Vega should easy go 9′.
