Monza, a name that’s been part of Street Outlaws since the early days, is bringing back his fan-favorite split bumper Camaro—and this time, it’s lighter, faster, and more powerful than ever. After a lengthy rebuild at Dominator’s shop, the legendary car is now equipped with a HEMI engine and a ProCharger, promising an exciting return to the spotlight.
A Camaro Fans Have Loved Since 2012
Since its debut in 2012, Monza’s split bumper Camaro has held a special place in the hearts of Street Outlaws fans. The car has gone through several power combos over the years, including:

Now, it’s embracing a HEMI + ProCharger combination—a proven setup known for dominating on the track.
ProCharger Power: Borrowed From Scott Taylor’s Proven Engine
Monza purchased the new HEMI engine from fellow racer Scott Taylor, a motor that previously ran in Track Doe and John Doe—two race cars known for high-performance results. The setup includes an F4X-136 ProCharger, capable of producing serious horsepower.
While final numbers aren’t confirmed, this combo has already shown success in other platforms and could easily push Monza’s new build into elite performance territory.
Custom Chassis Work at Dominator’s Shop
The car underwent major updates, including:

Although the car still needs paint, wiring, and some final touches, the major fabrication work is done, and Monza now has the car back in his possession.
Lighter and Faster Than Ever Before
This build is now significantly lighter, estimated to weigh around 2,700 pounds. For context, the same engine setup in a 2,800-pound car went extremely fast—meaning this new combo could make Monza’s Camaro even more dangerous on the track.
With improved weight distribution and power-to-weight ratio, fans should expect this car to outperform previous versions by a wide margin.

Although it’s unclear whether Monza will return to No Prep Kings big tire racing, there’s a strong possibility that this car will appear in small tire no prep events, which have exploded in popularity.
