Looking for a diamond in the rough? Then a classic car junkyard might just be the place for you! Join us on a walkthrough of Dave’s Auto Salvage, where we’ll explore some of the hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
Our first find is a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air, complete with its European sports car inspired AG crate grill. But this car is no ordinary 55 Chevy – it’s the top-of-the-line Bel Air package, complete with all the fixings and goodies. And while this particular car may have started out as a six-cylinder, it still has plenty of potential for restoration.
Moving on, we come across a 1968 or 1969 Impala. The three tail lights in the back tell us that this is indeed an Impala, rather than a Biscayne. And while it may need some work, this car has the potential to be a real beauty.
Next up is a 1968 Chevelle, complete with its distinctive side vents or wing windows. And while the engine may not be original, this car is still a great find for any classic car enthusiast.
But it’s not just Chevrolets and Oldsmobiles that can be found in this classic car junkyard. We also come across a 1970 Monte Carlo, a car that is essentially a longer version of the Chevelle. And while this particular car may not have the coveted 1970 or 1971 Roman numeral emblem on the hood, it’s still a great find for any collector.
Moving on, we come across a 1958 Biscayne, complete with its recognizable headlights. While this car may not be worth as much as an Impala, it’s still a great find for anyone looking to restore a classic Chevrolet.
And finally, we come across a 1957 Chevrolet 210 station wagon. While this car may not have the fancy chrome or extra pieces that a Bel Air would have, it still has plenty of potential for restoration.
