Not to bash the men in uniform but in our experience the percentage of recovered stolen cars is not as high as we would like it to be so when we hear about something like this, we are very happy about the news.

This time we bring you a story of crime that has a happy ending, since during the Dream Cruise weekend three classic cars were stolen and amongst them was the Chevrolet Camaro in question.

Luckily for the owner John Schnatter, who by the way also owns the famous Papa John’s pizza chain, a landscaping crew working in the area, spotted the car which was apparently out of place in between two vacant homes.

The crew actually recognized the vehicle and realized that they have seen the same car on the commercials and decided to do the right thing and call 911.

Thanks to them this 1971 replica Camaro Z28 will once again star in the commercials of the biggest pizza chain in the country.
