Wow, check this, Andrew Alepa’s C7 Corvette Throws Down 5235hp on the Dyno!!
Can you imagine buying a brand new Corvette, driving it once to dinner with your wife and then tearing it all apart?
Well this is what Andrew Alepa did once he purchased his brand new C7 Corvette, since it was never his plan to use the car to roam the street with it, it was to be a specially built racing vehicle which was going to wow the entire racing community due to the power it created.
After installing a PLR Hemi engine, he as many of the drag racers opted for the twin turbo setup and bolted down two 102mm “snails” with the sole purpose to cram down huge amounts of air into that engine making it capable of incredible horsepower numbers.
Now we have all heard the estimates of such twin turbo setups but never did we actually see the exact numbers, but that is all about to change as he makes a pull on that dyno that has the horsepower number stuck on the 5235 horses, and more than 3000 ft/lbs of torque, check it out.
