Although the description that we found about this video places this illegal race at Mexico but there are many reasons to think that this is not the case.
Wherever this race was held it was a very close one as it actually had a happy end since even after the police arrived there were no arrests made for illegal street racing, no citations or tickets issued, it looked like these friendly neighborhood officers, just made sure that the party is over before anybody gets hurt.
