Do Harley Davidson motorcycles have a dangerous design flaw which might be causing them to crash?

By now there have been a few incidents and they have even named this anomaly. The news reports are calling it a “death wobble”, it is basically the chassis of the bike starting to oscillate twisting and buckling “trying” to kick the rider off the bike and so far there have been several crashes that are supposedly caused by it.
One of the riders that is claiming that he crashed because of this supposes flaw, is a very experienced rider which has been riding bikes for decades but this time was not able to control the bike into a safe stop and crashed because of it. There are also videos of police motorcycles with cameras mounted on the bikes that shows the bike “dancing” all over the road before settling down at lower speeds.

What causes it is the two rear engine mounts at the swing arm. Two rubber slugs…one on each side… that are connected through the swing arm at the rear trans mission mounting holes…They should be replaced every 30,000 miles.
