Kids Sneak Into an Abandoned NASCAR Track And Go Exploring … The Footage is Amazing!
We are not going to go into the whole thing about how legal it is for somebody to trespass (or fly over to be more precise) but the thing is that without doing it we could have not seen this amazing footage of what happens to an NASCAR race track after it has been abandoned for a while.
The track in question is North Wilkesboro Speedway and it used to be a track favorited by many fans during the 70s and the 80s but since about 7 years ago it closed the doors to any kind of racing due to the lack of founding.
About 22 years ago in 1996 Jeff Gordon won on what turned out to be the last NASCAR race at this famous track.
