Officer Lets Kids Use Patrol Car Speakers to Say Bye To Dad As His Navy Ship Leaves!

We know all goodbyes are hard and this one was not easy either but a local Police officer did something of a cool effort to help it.

His name is Joshua Buetow, and he was on his way for another tour aboard the USS Carl Vinson which was leaving the port of San Diego for another trip for the Navy, and his wife Brettany was there with their two kids to see him off.

While the huge ship was leaving the kids, Rileigh who is four and her two year old brother Austin started yelling their goodbyes at the top of their lungs, and this did not go unnoticed by the Police officer James Weaver, who brought his patrol vehicle right next to them and gave them the microphone to the Public Address system in order to amplify their farewells.

Even though the P.A. system was not able to get their best wishes to daddy, the fact still remained that this was one of the most touching goodbyes on the port that day.
