You are guessing how the story goes, it was sitting in a middle of a field losing the fight with nature when one day it received a heart transplant in the form of a 370 ci LS engine and a bullseye 83mm turbo to make sure it moves all that steel around it in a proper fashion.
The result is an astonishing car which is capable of sub 10 second passes which is amazing result for a vehicle tipping the scale at 4100 lbs, with great reliability and pretty decent usability.
Now when it comes to running 9s without a cage, we are not really sure that is the best way to go but apparently he is braver than us.
