Small Block 383 Blown ’67 Prostreet Camaro Start Up after rebuilt!

Take a look at this awesome moment, Small Block 383 Blown ’67 Prostreet Camaro Start Up after rebuilt!

It seems that the internet community is always focusing on the wrong thing, and this video is a great example of this, since nearly all of the comments about this video are about the color of the smoke that the engine is spewing out.

Some say that the smoke is due to the fact that the engine is running rich, some say that this is oil smoke caused by the fact that this is the first actual start of the engine, and the components are usually soaked in oil before they are installed and thus the smoke is a result of all the excess oil getting burned.

Others stick to their claim that highly tuned engines are always burning oil at low RPMs, but honestly we do not really care whether the tensioner is too tight and it produces more blower whine than it is supposed to, or the car smokes more than it supposed to, we just like the way it sounds so take look at it and enjoy this ’67 ProStreet Camaro.
