There have been an incredible number of theories about how and why the Dodge muscle car was born but this time we take you on a journey into the 1950’s when according to Steve, it all began.

This is the video that acts as a preview of the Junkyard Gold series where they show us the 1954 Indy Pace car which was built as a replica with a very limited 701 car production which provides that this is a true legend of the 50’s.

This car is considered by many to be the actual first Dodge Muscle car and all those Chargers, Super bees, and the rest of the legendary muscle cars that we all love are the grandkids of this machine.

There are incredible details about this car that Steve is about to unleash on you during this video and while most of them make a huge amount of sense, to us there is only one question that remains unanswered, why is this legendary vehicle left outside in the rain instead of somebody’s garage?
