In the pursuit for more power and faster passes, the “Street Cars” have become full blown race cars.
With their purpose built tube chassis and racing engines these cars have stepped further away from the real street car year after year, and these days nearly all of them need another car just to push them to the starting line and back.
This also brings the issue of cost, since there are not too many people that are able to afford to build and maintain such an expensive vehicle that tears up thru tires, brake pads and other necessities so that brings us to today’s subject.
Daily driver races have been getting more and more popular just due to the fact that these cars have much less power, are cheaper to build and much cheaper to maintain even if you end up driving it every day.
