You see, Chicago racers have an interesting way of giving slower cars an edge and it is done by the called Tennis Ball Race.
Basically what this comes down to is the following.
The guy in the slower car gets to grab a tennis ball and throw it as far as he can down the street, starting from the burnout box.
Usually, you would pick the guy that does not look like the most athletic guy on the team and give him the opportunity to throw the ball down the street. Unlucky for Daddy Dave, the guy that he picked did not want anything to do with throwing the ball so Dave ends up letting the guy who he is racing, throw the ball.
This ends up being a terrible idea since this guy chucks that ball nearly halfway to the finish line and now he gets to start with a huge advantage.
There are things that are going to be an advantage to Daddy Dave in this race, and the biggest one is that this guy will be starting nowhere near the burnout box and the location where he lays down some rubber, so he gets to launch on nearly virgin asphalt, in this race.
Pay attention to the rules that Jucin is clarifying because before the video ends there will be some major controversy of whether Jucin explained everything the way needed to explain, or not.
