It is time again for the War in the Woods competition and if you thought for a moment that things will not get as fun as they always have in this competition, then we have the video that will change your mind and show you that every time Limpy turns on that light on his head, these guys are going crazy.
Many street and track racers across the United States consider this the craziest and most “outlaw” track; thus, none of them would like to miss the event so we are about to witness some incredible machines as they try and put all the power that they make down to this incredibly uneven track.
While we are on the subject, we cannot miss the opportunity to give props to the organizer that have tried to help the safety as much as they can by installing additional safety fences for the spectators, as well as paving some of the grass that separates the two lanes.
The vehicles that show up here have some incredibly radical designs that we have not seen anywhere so far, and the ones that caught our eye is a Foxbody twin turbo Mustang that was built by Hustling Horsepower and these guys went all out.
We have to be honest that we have not seen anybody move the front axle so far in front that the vehicle looks like it could climb rocks, instead of putting down runs at the dragstrip, and that is not all, they have installed an incredibly massive wing to the back that is supposed to help with downforce.
The idea is that with the wing being so high up and so incredibly big that it will catch a huge amount of air that will push the rear down and provide more traction at the big end, where he will need it considering how sketchy this track is.
