The story goes that one Corvette forum user found this incredible car in his late friend’s garage, and no knowing what to make of it he started posting stuff about it on the forum.
This raised a lot of attention and even some skepticism since his newly discovered muscle car only showed 24 miles on the odometer, a number that was hard to believe for most of the people on the forum.
Later however he told them that this was factory made drag racing car thus explaining the unbelievably low millage, and some of them even started remembering the car, and found photos of the car pulling wheelies at the track.
This peaked everybody’s interest and people started digging into the story more and more.
