Many of you might remember how the Street Outlaws started on small tires and over the years kept progressing onto faster cars with bigger tires, and these days all of them are running big tires for a reason, these guys make so much power, small tires are just not the option to put all that power to the ground.
Today we catch up with the 405 boys as they visit Chicago where they will do an out-of-town race between the fastest cars that Chicago has to offer versus the ones that Big Chief, Jeff Lutz, and the rest of the 405 crew have on offer.
While Jeff Lutz gets a real fair race with the only big tire Chicago has on offer, the situation with Big Chief is a bit different.
Big Chief is facing a small tire car, and to try and make the race more interesting, these guys have a great on a car and a half and a hit for the small tire car, an advantage that should provide the boys from Chicago enough advantage to win the race.
Or so they thought.
While we usually try to keep the end result to ourselves, this time the very title explains much more than what we usually do so allow us to tell you more about this.
While John and his truck had a car and a half advantage, plus the advantage to leave whenever they wanted, while Big Chief has to sit on full boost with The Crow spitting out huge flames, in reality, it was all over as soon as Chief released the button.
There are many ways to explain the difference in these cars, but we chose to give you this explanation.
