It is that time of the week when Sim tells us what the biggest news in the No Prep scene is and what we are to expect in the future from these guys.
Amongst the first drivers that Sim decided to talk about this week is Justin Swanstrom AKA “Lil Country” a racer that showed up to last year’s No Prep Kings Championship and showed everybody that he has what it takes to get to the top, and even win one of these events.
If you remember, on a couple of occasions the Swan gang Lexus lost to the championship winner Ryan Martin by a fender, and that showed that pretty soon he will be competing for the title in this series alongside Kye Kelley, Lizzy Musi, and Robin Roberts.
For the longest time, we all thought that Justin will be driving a newly built Camaro, then he changed his mind and said that he was building a Nova with the same spec, strictly for No Prep Kings Season 5, however, now Sim thinks that things have changed again and he has now decided to bring back the Lexus from last year.
There was no doubt that the Lexus had what it takes to be on the top, and finishing in the third spot is proof that minor changes and tweaks might get that car to the finish line faster than the Gray Camaro owned by Ryan Martin.
On the other hand, the Lexus was looking pretty rough by the end of the season and maybe that was the reason he decided to take it off the competition initially, but later changed his mind for whatever reason.
