Unfortunately, we have some bad news today regarding one of the most famous drivers in the Street Outlaws Oklahoma show, as the tittle has already informed you, he crashed the famous 57.
The most important thing is the fact that the safety gear did its job and Jeff Lutz has managed to get out of this with just minor injuries, once again proving that every dollar spent on safety is always a good investment.
The 57 was revealed at the Tri-Five Nationals back in 2017 and over the years many have stated that it is one of the best classic cars still being used for racing.
While most of the car has been changed and there are not many leftovers from the original 57, the shape and the styling of the car still kept this legend alive and people were able to appreciate the design of the time past, long ago.
Over the years we have emphasized numerous times how motorsport is dangerous and how fast things can go wrong in a blink of an eye and unfortunately, it seems that once again we have the same lecture provided for us.
During the filming of the newest Street Outlaws Oklahoma season, Jeff Lutz has lost control of the 57 and ended up wrecking it.
As you are about to see in the photos, the car has suffered substantial damage and we are not sure if it will be worth saving, however we all know that Jeff Lutz has a brand new car for the season so at least he will be able to get back behind the wheel after he has healed and he is filling comfortable to do so.
