Ever since the beginning of the Street Outlaws Fastest in America show, which airs on The Discovery channel it has been surrounded in controversy of some sorts or another.
Initially everybody’s question was why isn’t the 405 invited to take part in this event, or in this show to be exact and over time we have heard many different reasons as to why is this happening.
The fans of the 405 crew were adamant that the Oklahoma team was by far the fastest and there was literally no way that anybody can get even close to them on the streets, and this is why they were never invited to the show.
If this is the case, then there should at least be a name change in the tittle of the show because being faster never disqualified anybody from racing, not adhering to the rules, is the only reason why racers or their cars should be disqualified.
It seems however after all this calmed down, and everybody just accepted the fact that the 405 will not be participating, now a brand new controversy spared and surrounded the show, after the finale was aired.
Kye Kelley and team NOLA were one of the favorites to win this show, just like they were during the No Prep Championship, along with the 405 and team Texas, however it now seems that there might be something fishy going on.
It is never easy to be the organizer of an event because whatever you do there will be some guys that are not satisfied with something, be it a piece of road, or changes in the rules, there’s always something.
Being the organizer and flagger of the same event however might be even more controversial, because it seems that now there are many questions being raised on the topic.
Some might say that Kye Kelley is just making excuses for losing the race, while others might find truth in his statements.
